7. Regulations of using SMS service
Initial statements
1. Organizer of the Service is Polish Scientific Publishers PWN S.A. with head office at ul.Miodowa 10, Warsaw (00-251). The service works on the basis of SMS technology and is available for the users of mobile phones in ORANGE, ERA and PLUS GSM networks.
Rules of using the service
2. To be able to use the service the user must send an SMS, depending on the service, to 73880 or 75880 : pwn. In return an SMS :Your access code is {ACCESS CODE}will be sent.
3. In case of sending an SMS with wrong contents, the user will receive an answer SMS: Wrong contents of SMS.
4. The service is available from 21.02.2005 until cancelled.
5. The service is available at access numbers 73880 - cost 3 zl +VAT
or 75880 - cost 5 zl+VAT.
6. All complaints concerning the Service and other questions connected with the service should be send to an e-mail sms@pwn.pl with postscript "Complaint on pwn.pl Service".
The time of concideration of comlaint is 30 days from the date of receiving the complaint.
Regulations of service
1. Access to materials of Polish Scientific Publishers PWN S.A. is a service that publishes materials that are the property of organizer, in a section of www.pwn.pl service.
2. In order to receive access to section mentioned above, an SMS :pwn should be sent to numbers 73880 or 75880 (depending on ordered material), and then a code, that will be sent in return, should be typed into special space on www page. The price of SMS defines the time of access to materials:
- 73880 - access to services UJSP and PWN-OXFORD for 24 hours,
- 75880 - access to service Polish Language Corpus for 24 hours.
3. The owner of the service and the operator do not take responsibility for inproper functioning of service, if problems with equipment, network or software are the users responsibility.
